For those who are curious, the interpretation of the name is roughly as follows:
* "NHU Y" means BEING SATISFIED
* "CA" means FISH
* "MON" means ITEM or COURSE

COURSES OF FISH
As our name indicate, our specialty is the EIGHT COURSES OF FISH. We take
fish fillet (bass & pollock)and prepare it into 8 separate flavorful dishes which
include:
"Eight Courses of Fish" ??? It's an "interactive" experience. You'll get to
roll your own spring rolls made with fish. Basically, you're eating spring
rolls containing various styles of fish. EIGHT COURSES for only $24.99.

Besides our well-known EIGHT COURSES OF FISH, we also have OVEN-BAKED
FISH. Your choices of fish include: Catfish, Red snapper, Red Talapia, Sea bass ...
(crowd's favorite is Catfish because the fish comes out with crispy skin while the
meat is tender and moist). Fish is marinated and baked to capture the flavor. It is
then brought out to your table steaming hot. The OVEN-BAKED FISH & EIGHT
COURSES OF FISH are served with a plate of fresh vegetables including green leaf
lettuce, mint leaves, perilla leaves, bean sprouts, sliced cucumber, sliced young
banana, marinated carrot & daikon. You also receive rice paper and a plate of
steamed vermicelli. Up to 4 (four) different kinds of sauce are served with your fish.
Of course we have other food in addition to fish. We have the ever familiar "PHO",
Rice plates, beef, chicken, pork, seafood, etc ... In fact, our kitchen serves
impressively almost 300 items.
DO NOT hesitate to ask for assistance in rolling your rolls. We hope your
experience with us is positive.
Having been in the food business for over fifteen years, we think we have come up
the appropriate recipes to properly introduce our unique cuisine to those who
appreciate good food. We primarily charbroil, steam, bake or sauté our food.
Extreme care is taken to minimize cholesterol.
Each night at 7 p.m., we open up or VIP room to provide live entertainment while
you enjoy the same high-quality food & drinks available in our regular room. You
are welcome to participate in our singing by registering your name and song to be
sung with one of our assistants. Our VIP room can be reserved for any occasion
ranging from Birthday, Anniversary, Re-union, Engagement and Wedding
reception. Please contact us for additional details.
